From the land.
For the table.
An original vision of a contemporary Georgian winery: quiet architecture, a working cellar, and an open invitation to slow down.

A valley.
A point of view.
Kakheti lies in eastern Georgia. The Alazani Valley is part of a landscape closely associated with Georgian wine, with vineyards set against the distant Caucasus.
Georgian Winery is an imagined estate within that regional context. Its architecture is original: a low stone volume, a recessed timber entrance, and spaces that lead naturally from the vines to the table.

Below the surface,
a different rhythm.
A marani is a wine cellar. In the traditional qvevri method, wine is made in clay vessels buried in the ground. The room and its vessels are inseparable.
The fictional estate collection pairs qvevri red and amber wines with a stainless-steel white. These are creative product choices, not claims about an operating winery.

An open door.
Warm limestone and lime plaster meet dark timber. A single entrance leads to the cellar, then toward a bottle alcove and an east-facing terrace. The journey follows the wine.
